Your Abril Polyurethane
Foam Roofing System, properly maintained, should never have to be replaced.
The Polyurethane, covered by the protective Elastomeric coating, does
not age, decompose or lose its physical properties over time.
Polyurethane Foam Roofs should be recoated periodically, in most cases, every
seven to ten years, to extend the life of your roof system indefinitely. Outside
of recoating, periodic removal of leaves and debris from drains is about all
you have to do. It is important to check your drains during inclement weather.

Maintenance Agreement
Abril Roofing Company offers a comprehensive 10-year Maintenance Agreement.
Our Warranty
The Abril Polyurethane Home Roofing
System will last for the life of your building.
Transferable
Your warranty is transferable if we recoat every ten years. When your warranty
expires Abril Roofing will warrant the roof an additional ten years if recoated. |
